Can people actually develop psychic skills that they never had before / could never access before?

Hi curb,

Ofc anyone can develop psychic skills. I remember a story from a very good medium in town called david. He was very religious and took up tarot once just to prove in his words it's mumbo jumbo and anyone can do it however during his process he because more aware and enlightened and is no longer religious but a very good reader now.

Mine developed over time there's always been something but practice makes you stronger.
