November’s full Moon was called the Beaver Moon by both the colonists and the Algonquin tribes because this was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.

The November full Moon was also called the Full Frost Moon by other Native American peoples.

 Love moonlight bathing.

The lunar essence is akin to the symbolic representation of water - cool, smooth, flowing. It is solid, flexible, stable and adaptable. It produces immunity which is also cool and nourishing.

Thanks Owl :thinktank:

Moonlight bathing is great
Have put out my healing stones to charge them up

Particularly liked this :

'Think of the full moon as a spotlight — in November, it's pointing right at you. The emphasis on the personal and the internal can be a lot of pressure, but, as the holidays and the end of the year approach, your psyche could probably use a little love and attention. Use this lunar phase to restore your emotions, clear away reminders of the past, and express something you've unnecessarily bottled up. The dark nights to come needn't bring you down.''
